A Mayo Revolution

Back in the summer I wrote a post on my favorite recipes, a lot of the featuring Hellman's Mayonnaise. Little did I know that my simple recipes were going create such a frenzy, much less to spark up a conversation about mayonnaise.  Since my first post, I have received and published other delicious recipes submitted by you, my dear readers.  Here is the latest by our loyal follower and friend Carole Jankowsky.

Goldie's cole slaw (a dinner in Tulsa)

8 cups thinly shredded cabbage
Or give a whirl in Cusinart.
1/8 t. or more garlic powder
2 T. Sugar
1 t. Salt
1/8t. Pepper
3/4 c. Hellman's mayo
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate and allow to stand several hrs or overnight, covered.
Stir  often.
The longer it sits, the better.

Very simple but everyone seems to like it with their hamburger.
