Blogs We Love: Design Chic

As you know dear reader we are in the height of the season here in Palm Beach and I have been traveling and working a lot lately. In the last couple of weeks I have been to Texas, California, North Carolina and everywhere in between, and as those projects get going I will be updating you on all of the wonderful things we are doing for these clients. Since I have been gone a lot, and am finally home until who knows when, I have been able to catch up on my reading these last couple of nights and I am sort of up to date with all the books, magazines and blogs I love. Yes I have been able to read on the plane, but it is usually material in preparation for my meetings. Anyway, today I was reading the sweet little blog, Design Chic, by the mother and daughter team of Beth Woodson and Betsy Woodson Harvey which is full of wonderful pictures, ideas, dreams and inspirations. Much to my surprise, today they had put together a small feature on some of the work our firm has done, and I wanted to share it with you. Here it is...

In Good Taste: Leta Austin Foster

Recently named one of House Beautiful's most influential designers of the 20th century, Leta Austin Foster's designs have the kind of timeless elegance and chic simplicity with undeniable staying power.
Based in New York and Palm Beach, this designer's mantra "never do the same job twice" is clear through her work.
We love the subtle tones and muted colors that define her palette.
Her seaside style embodies Palm Beach chic without being too over the top.
We're drooling over these fabulous coffee tables. This room is one we would love forever!
Gray and yellow is such a fantastic color scheme. It's soft and soothing while still being fun and whimsical.
Seaside chic can be tricky, but we think you'll agree that this designer does it without a hint of kitsch.
This green for the kitchen adds a punch of style and sophistication.
What a gorgeous floor!
Beautiful vignettes are so crucial in any design scheme. We this this one is so sweet!
Dining al fresco has never been so stylish. We hope you'll agree that Leta Austin Foster's work is in good taste!
We hope you're all having a fabulous week so far!
